Your body is your house.
House of BRICKS believes that your body is your cornerstone. A house that is built on a rock will not be shaken. I strive on educating and motivating my clients to achieve their fitness goals. Whether you want to lose, gain, tone, or reach new heights in fitness you will see your body transition. You will be stronger, leaner,
healthier and confindent.

As a certified personal trainer, I start with a consultation to find out about your fitness level and health history.
I will then:
Set realistic short- and long-term goals and plan suitable programmes to meet them.
Educate, motivate, inspire and coach you to help you follow these programmes safely.
I work with my clients in sessions, helping them with their workouts, typically using cardiovascular, strength or flexibility exercises. I work with my clients outside of a gym environment using day to day movements, atheletic routines,compound movements, circuit training,and plyometrics.

Training Concepts
Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, reduce stress or increase your strength and flexibility, I can help. As a certified personal trainer I will provide you with the guidance and knowledge you need to achieve the results you desire!
Kettlebell Workouts
Kettlebells provide and intense cardio and strength training workout that together will give your body a toned and sexy silhouette.
Kettlebell training works at many levels. For the fitness enthusiast, or anybody that needs to drop a few pounds and just get healthier, or the advanced athlete who needs extreme strength, endurance and explosive power.
Circuit Training
My circuit training will generally involve a series of resistance stations, using weights or body-weight exercises like push-ups and lunges. These exercises will target different muscle groups to strengthen and tone your whole body as you work your way around the course.
Plyometric Training
Plyometric drills and exercises involve explosive types of activities (i.e., jumping onto and down from objects, bounding up and down stairs on one or both feet and high speed sending and receiving) to convert muscle strength to muscle power.
Plyometric exercises train the muscles to reach maximal strength in the shortest time possible. In other words, muscle strength plus speed equals muscle power.
Personal Training
Working with a personal trainer is the safest and most effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals.
By carefully analyzing your personal goals, exercise history and fitness assessments, I will design an exercise program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs. You will see results - guaranteed!
Nutrition Counseling
If you are trying to lose weight, gain weight or just trying to eat healthier, I will teach you how to choose the foods that are the best for your health and performance.
Food effects energy levels, body composition and performance. Healthy food choices are important to achieve optimal health and prevent disease.
